  • Let’s begin with discussing the woods, because I imagine something deep inside of you is calling for time spent in nature. The quiet of the forest, the soothing sounds of birdsong, wind rustling through the trees, animals scurrying through the woods.

Something deep within us (our human biology) is connected with the land; it regulates our nervous system, allows us a reprieve away from every-day technology, and makes us feel deeply connected to something greater than ourselves.

I imagine if you’re here, that, like me, you’re a woman who is craving deeper connection. We are, by design, social-creatures, and as woman we crave time spent with other women, to open our hearts, be vulnerable, and share authentically — without judgement, and with great compassion and curiosity.

And part of craving connection is a desire to experience true connection to our Selves. A return home, to our bodies and souls. An opportunity to be present, to notice the thoughts that naturally arise when we give ourselves the space and time to witness them. A chance to surprise ourselves, to push through limiting beliefs, to re-awaken the power we have within us.

Through hiking, through traveling through the woods, we can find that presence. Hiking in nature has been my greatest teacher; a reminder of how small I am yet how inter-woven my life is with all living things. A reminder to pay attention. To notice the small things in life. To return home to myself — my real self, the highest version of my soul — again and again.

I also believe that you’re ready to challenge yourself, to physically push your body harder than you thought you could, to lean into the stretch, the discomfort of new experiences, because you know they’ll make you stronger, more resilient, and more deeply connected with you who are. Hiking builds inner-confidence and self-trust by pushing you past your comfort zone and embracing your inner-strength (mental & physical). ‍

If you’re still reading this, I know this experience is for you, and I am so excited for you.

During The Trail Social we’ll hike, tap into our inner-power, and create opportunities for authentic connection with ourselves and with others. Plus, we have so much fun, creating an experience that you’ll want to lean into again and again!

    • We begin early in the morning, gathering at the trailhead to set intentions before stepping onto the trail.

    • Along the trail, you’ll be guided to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully take in the beauty around you.

    • At the summit, we slow down—snacks, a grounding meditation, and space to soak in the view.

    • After our hike, it’s off to a cozy café for coffee, bites, and that “we really just did that!” feeling.

The Trail Social is your space to move your body, clear your mind, meet amazing women, and leave energized, connected, and deeply proud of yourself.

About Your Guide

Hi!

Hi, I’m Evangeline! Based in Massachusetts, most of my offerings are located near Boston, MA, with the exception of The Trail Social whose events take place across New England (primarily New Hampshire or Massachusetts, and we’ll see where it expands to in the future)!

I’ve been leading guided women’s + co-ed hikes for over 2 years! I’ve led hundreds of hikes, have safely taken over 300+ people out on the trails, and am CPR, First-Aid, and Trail-Safe Certified.

I’m also a Yoga and Pilates Instructor, a Reiki Master, and an avid nature lover. I create welcoming, supportive environments where you can safely push yourself, and be reminded of how strong you are (body and soul!).

The Trail Social was born from my intuition; a boutique outdoor experience unlike anything that currently exists, an opportunity to meet like-minded women, to challenge yourself, to explore, and to experience true connection with others (and with yourself).
