why join us
What initially started out as a way for me to inspire women to get out on the trails has transformed into monthly hiking gatherings for men & women of all ages!
During our hikes we physically challenge ourselves, immerse ourselves in nature, & connect with one another. Hiking is grounding, energizing, & reminds you of how capable you are!
Connection. Movement. Nature.
Since 2024 I’ve led hundreds of hikes and guided 300+ people safely on the trails!
past hikes
MY STORY:
I love being outdoors in nature, and hiking has been a source of healing in my life. Stress-reduction, breath control, cardio, grounding — hiking offers it all!
I started hiking in 2016 as a way to handle the stress of being [at the time] in a sales role. Over the years I’ve jumped into the hiking world, leading hikes since February 2024, guiding 250+ people on group hikes, getting First-Aid + CPR trained, backpacking in the White Mountains of NH, hiking abroad… hiking has allowed me to see some of the most jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring scenery in my life.
Hiking allows me to be in the moment, to physically push myself, and to feel deeply rewarded by the climb.
When I hike with others I find the conversations run deep, community is built, and the experience creates lasting memories.
“Hiking gets you out of your comfort zone, fosters presence, & lets you connect authentically with others.”
