Fun!

I’ve been leading group hikes since February 2024, both co-ed and women’s-only. It’s been almost 2 years of leading guided group hikes, and each time is a joy!

What initially started out as a way for me to inspire women to get out on the trails and create community, has transformed into bi-monthly hiking gatherings for ALL individuals, of all ages, where I’ve personally witnessed deep transformation occur.

We move our bodies, physically challenge ourselves, immerse ourselves in nature, and connect with one another. Hiking is grounding, energizing, and reminds you of all of the beauty in the world.

“I find that hiking gets you out of your comfort zone, physically challenges you, lets you feel completely present, and helps you connect authentically with others.”

MY STORY:

I love being outdoors in nature, and hiking has been a therapeutic source of healing for me in my life.

I started hiking in 2016 as a way to handle the stress of being [at the time] in a sales role, and over the years I’ve immersed myself deeper into the hiking world, through First-Aid and CPR training, wilderness training, backpacking in the White Mountains, hiking abroad, and going for some of the most epic hikes of my life (so far!).

“Hiking allows me to be in the moment, fully present, to embrace physically challenging experiences that push me, and come out stronger for them.

When I hike, I feel immense gratitude for how my physical body carries me, and when I hike with others I find the conversations run deep, that trust develops more quickly, and that the experience creates lasting memories.”

“I believe in nature’s ability to heal us, mentally, physically, even spiritually, because I’ve experienced that level of healing in my own life.
Hiking connects us more deeply with the natural world, with our breath, with our physical bodies, it fosters a space for community to authentically grow, it allows for total presence, and it nurtures a love of the outdoors, our planet, our Home.”
