  • 2025 HIKING SCHEDULE:

    Saturday Sept 20 — 7:00am (women’s hike)

    Sunday Sept 28 — 7:00am (co-ed)

    Saturday Oct 4 — 7:00am (co-ed)

    Sunday Oct 19 — 8:00am (women’s hike)

    Saturday Nov 1 — 8:00am (co-ed)

    Sunday Nov 9 — 8:00am (women’s hike)

    Saturday Dec 6 — 8:00am (women’s hike)

    Sunday Dec 14 — 8:00am (co-ed)

  • HIKING INFO:

    2 guided hikes offered per month.

    Saturday’s or Sunday’s.

    7am or 8am start (*depends on date).

    Beginners welcome (*I recommend starting with our co-ed hikes!).

    Meet at The Blue Hills Reservation (Canton, MA).

    Expect 1-2 hours of hiking on rocky terrain, with steep ascents/descents.

    Trails vary, & difficulty varies.

    50% hikes this Fall are CO-ED

    50% hikes this Fall are WOMEN’S-ONLY

    CO-ED = easy to moderate hikes (slower pace; recommended for those who are beginning their hiking journey & want to be mindful!)

    WOMEN’S-ONLY = moderate to challenging hikes (faster pace & cardio-focused; recommended for those who are regular hikers & want a workout!)

    All info on location & what to expect will be emailed to you 2 days before the hike. 

    **Space is limited; please only sign up if you can commit to it.

    This is a supportive & fun space! You’ll sweat, chat, & laugh. My GUIDED GROUP HIKES focus on community, movement, & being in nature!

    Close-toed shoes/hiking boots

WHY JOIN OUR GUIDED HIKES:

I’ve been leading group hikes since February 2024, both co-ed and women’s-only.

What initially started out as a way to inspire women to get out on the trails and create a community, has transformed into bi-monthly hiking gatherings for ALL individuals, of all ages, where I’ve personally witnessed deep transformation and immense joy occur.

I find that hiking gets people outside of their routines -and comfort zones!- and into a state of being where they can be present, authentically show up, be wholly themselves without overthinking it, connecting with others in an intimate, real way.

MY STORY:

I love being outdoors in nature, and have found hiking to be a therapeutic source of healing for me in my life.

I started hiking in 2016 as a way to handle the stress of being [at the time] in a sales role, and over the years I’ve immersed myself deeper into the hiking world, through First Aid and CPR training, wilderness training, backpacking in the White Mountains, and going for some of the most epic hikes of my life (so far!).

Hiking allows me to experience full-presence, to be in the moment, to embrace physically challenging experiences and come out stronger for them, and to feel immense gratitude for how my physical body carries me.
